The booking is effective after management validation and deposit payment.

| Deposit Amount: |
- 1 night cost for bookings up to three nights.
- 30% of the accomodation total cost for booking over three nights.

| Cancellation |
-No charge is applyed on cancellation made 31 days before the scheduled arrival;
-15% of the accomodation cost will be charged for cancellation made 30 to 21 days before the scheduled arrival;
-30% of the accomodation cost will be charged for cancellation made 20 to 8 days before the scheduled arrival;
-70% of the accomodation cost will be charged for cancellation made 7 to 3 days before the scheduled arrival;
-80% of the accomodation cost will be charged for cancellation made 2 to 1 days before the scheduled arrival.
-100% of the accomodation cost will be charged for cancellation made on the day of scheduled arrival.
